Don Ricedorff

Don is a Southwest Colorado native with a business degree from Fort Lewis College. Besides his successful real estate business, Don enjoys spending quality time with his wife Jan and 3 children.

Leslie Talmon

Leslie Talmon has been Don's assistant for 11 years. Originally from Kansas, she is an avid KU basketball fan, a watercolorist & a mother of three.

Janice Martin

Janice Martin is a licensed real estate assistant. Janice has her law degree with an emphasis in Health Care, Estate Planning. She and her husband are originally from Kansas.

Melissa Dastrup

Melissa Dastrup is also a licensed real estate assistant. She grew up in Arizona where she graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Human Resource Management. After graduation she moved to San Diego where she met her husband and lived for ten years before moving to Durango.
